What each plan includes
Base
Designed for you if you want to build media lists and send targeted campaigns. You can discover media outlets trusted by LLMs, find relevant journalists, send targeted pitches, and manage your lists.
Base suits you best if you're getting started or running smaller-scale outreach.
Pro
Unlocks more advanced workflows. You get everything in Base, plus follow-ups, detailed result analysis, weekly updates on LLM-cited media, and media coverage monitoring with built-in analytics.
Pro suits you best if you manage ongoing campaigns or work with higher volumes.
Business
Adds a strategic and competitive intelligence layer on top of Pro. Business maps competitor coverage to reveal blind spots, suggests AI-generated story angles, tracks competitor media presence, and benchmarks your share of voice, sentiment, and reach. It also unifies tracking across multiple products, markets, and spokespeople into a single de-duplicated dashboard.
Business suits you best if you're a PR professional, communications lead, or agency managing complex or multi-brand portfolios.
Working in AI PR Toolkit
AI PR Toolkit is designed for users with little to no prior experience with PR tools.
You don’t need any technical skills to get started. The interface is clean and intuitive, and most actions (like building a list or sending a campaign) follow a guided flow.
If you're new to PR software, the Base plan offers a straightforward way to try things out and learn by doing.
If you need more analytics or manage multiple campaigns, the Pro plan gives you more power and flexibility without making things any harder.
Trial access
You can try Base, Pro or Business plan for 7 days, free of charge. During the trial:
- Some features are limited or unavailable:
- Sending emails (no domain authorization)
- Viewing and exporting contact information
- Accessing email performance statistics
- Trial limits match the plan you selected.
Usage limits
Each AI PR Toolkit plan includes usage limits for features like sending emails, exporting contacts, and monitoring the media.

Plan changes
You can switch AI PR Toolkit plans at any time:
- Upgrade from trial: Move to Base, Pro, or Business to unlock full access
- Upgrade to a higher plan: Move from Base to Pro or Business, or from Pro to Business, for more advanced workflows, higher limits, and strategic intelligence
- Downgrade: Contact support to switch to a lower plan. Your features adjust automatically.
Canceling a paid plan ends your access. Trials can’t be restarted after cancellation. Your projects will be deleted 90 days after you unsubscribe.
The system will notify you when you're approaching your limits (e.g., AI-cited media searches, sends, contacts in lists, or media monitoring mentions). If you run out, you can always upgrade or buy add-ons.
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade your AI PR Toolkit plan in 1 of 3 ways:
- Click Upgrade in the top navigation bar
- Click your profile icon in the top navigation, then click Subscription info in the dropdown menu. There, you can upgrade your plan or buy add-ons.
- When you reach your limits, you'll see an in-app prompt with upgrade options
Your upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated.
